The rooms were incredibly comfortable and had all the amenities one could ask for, including free high-speed Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and an electric kettle for that morning caffeine fix. The staff, especially Rahul, went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met and even provided personalized tips and recommendations for our stay. The restaurant served delicious customized food, and the hotel itself was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. an outstanding experience that exceeded all expectations!

Our stay at this hotel in Patan was overwhelmingly satisfying. The staff went above and beyond to assist us, providing a level of service typically found in higher-end establishments. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and they even catered to our early departure by preparing breakfast before 6 am. We were impressed by the clean and comfortable rooms, as well as the excellent toilet and washroom facilities. The complimentary breakfast had a homely atmosphere and offered a variety of tasty Gujarati dishes.

No major negative aspects were noted during our stay.

The buffet arrangement included freshly made poori and a variety of tasty items. The staff provided exceptional service and made us feel comfortable. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, just as shown on the website. The general manager, Mr. Rohan or Rahul, was very helpful and offered great suggestions for extra activities.

The restaurant offered great food and had a fantastic ambiance. One of the best aspects of the hotel was its value for money. the key location facts were convenient for getting to the main bazaar and for visiting nearby attractions like Rani ki Vav.

The night reception staff were quite noisy, which was bothersome, especially since we had requested a quiet room. We had to ask them to be quiet two nights in a row when chat continued past 11:30 pm.

If you're planning a trek with friends, this hotel is a top choice. the hotel staff is exceptional, offering customized advice and concierge services comparable to 5-star hotels. the rooms and bathrooms are spotless and well-maintained, and the restaurant serves delicious food even for highly specific requests. the hotel has a very helpful and accommodating owner, making it an easier place to stay for larger groups.

The free breakfast could be improved, but the restaurant on the upper floor offers more delectable options.
